These figgy little romantic finger foods are easy to assemble, but create a serious wow factor with the combination of flavors.
Ingredients:
12 fresh figs, halved
4 oz. herbed goat cheese
24 whole almonds
1 tbs. orange blossom honey
2 tsp. aged balsamic vinegar
Directions: 1. Put each fig half face up on a baking sheet. Fill these with about 1/2 tsp. goat cheese, then nest an almond therein.
2. Turn your oven broiler to high. Once its ready place the sheet of figs inside for about 2 - 3 minutes.
3. Remove and cool, moving the figs to a pretty serving plate. Then pour a little honey and vinegar over each.

4. Enjoy these while they're still warm.
